Only a few kg weight loss can do good!
Exchange of business, where the work was stress free and peaceful, I noticed that the body weight began to rise.Since I have been about 10-15 kg overweight my entire conscious life, I did not pay much attention to it. Routine medical results were appalling. High blood pressure, blood tests even worse, very bad cholesterol readings. The doctor recommended me some pills, which I categorically refused, since many of my acquaintances have to take such pills for the rest of their lives. Then the doctor suggested I should lose weight. Encouraged to do so, however, calmly and slowly. In addition, gave me much informational literature of improving the cholesterol readings. I did not take the matter seriously and after returning home threw all of the materials to the table drawer and there they remained for a long period of time.
After the Christmas and New Year celebrations I noticed I could not walk to the third floor without resting. I brought home the scale and when I saw the reading, it was a pretty big shock. The scale showed nearly 120kg. I am 180cm, so the normal weight should be between 75-80kg. I looked up the materials the doctor had given me once. There was nicely described which foods are recommended to eat, what is not recommended and what is harmful...

I think all this is true because long before I read the article about overweight, I started losing weight and the results are very good.
